Posie's No Knead Bread...

 The best thing about no knead bread is that it is a bit quicker than kneaded bread to make.  These rolls are made using Alicia Paulson's recipe for no knead bread, go to her lovely blog Posie gets Cozy, here.

These rolls are very soft and would have been perfect for hot dog rolls - 

*note to self - make these rolls nice and long and skinny and have hot dogs for dinner!

They really browned up in the oven even though they are not overdone.   They are kinda big so I can share one with Gus!  I should have made 12 instread of 8, who knew!
